The Human, Human Liabilities and Human Resources




Being an HR Professional, it is quite evident to understand the difference between these three terms. Else, confusion will lead them towards HR Manager or HR Liability Manager other than Human Resource Manager in their employer organizations.


Once HR Professional (s), understand these concepts. They will get cleared and can perform better on their jobs and can act as real HR Business Partners rather than “Manager Human Rights” or “Manager Human Liability”.
 
Considering corporate world,  

Human means “a person who is loyal with organization as employee but he/she does not have knowledge, skills and attitude (KSAs) to perform his current job nor he is interested to uplift his/her KSAs but only want to show his loyalty to organization in even lesser pay by not leaving it or by not doing any fraudulent activity in organization”.


“Human Liability” is the person, who stays in the organization for long period of time, apparently in little pay but act as a silent money parasite by performing illegal, unethical or fraudulence activities” or “directly consuming high salary for doing nothing after getting the job in organization through some strong reference.”


“Human Resource” is a real knowledgeable, skilled and positive attitude holder employee or team member who directly or indirectly creates constructive impact on organization’s financial and non-financial goals by performing his job in right manner.”
